Review by Laura Anderson

Moonshine Saints brings us a familiar, yet new sound of southern country rock with their new release Six Ways to Sunday Volume 1. Consisting of six new songs, this whole album makes you want to run down to the best country bar in town, have a few drinks and start dancing. This is the way Southern Rock music in our day should be presented to us. Moonshine Saints have brought the rock, and the good old country boy taste, that makes you feel like you have escaped into that small country town. Singer Sean Ward presents with a voice full of depth and energy that never lags, and the lyrics make you feel like a true outlaw.

The music flows together and rocks the house, with experienced guitar skills by Matt York and Steve “Doc” Morris. There is no lack of talent here. Here is a little something for everyone in this release. The Moonshine Saints take us to a new place and make us want to kick up our boots. Bob Lynn takes on some great bass lines that piece everything together, and the drummer Justin Barber brings it home for us. This is an album you can listen through in the entirety. Moonshine Saints have brought us a more than excellent project, they have brought us their heart, their dreams, and their talent.. And of course the outlaw. Check out the Moonshine Saints new release Six Ways to Sunday Volume 1, you will not be disappointed.
